The individual shall be eligible to be a member of DLF as
    specifically described below:

    I. Fraternal Member

    Any individual legally recognized as a male who is:

  •        Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Hearing;
  •        Gay or Straight;
  •        21 years old or older;
  •        Shown strong desire in leather;
  •        Required to complete the pledge process prior to
                becoming full fraternal member.


    II. Non-Fraternal Member (Supporting Member)

    Any individual who is:

  •        Deaf, Hard of Hearing or Hearing;
  •        Gay or Straight,
  •       21 years old or older,
  •       Involved in the activities and/or has interest in
                supporting the purpose of the DLF.


    III. Organizational / Institutional / Business
    Member  (Non-Fraternal)

  •     organizations, institutions, and businesses.
